Purchase price of tree(s) minus down payment price ($10 per tree) will be refunded.  Down payments are non-refundable on cancelled or on orders that are not picked up.  

Small fruit orders that are cancelled are refunded 100%.  

Orders that are cancelled after our opening day are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
